What Can I Expect When You Take My Case? Phase 1-Onboarding

There are several phases in a vaccine case and we will go over each phase in a single post.

First up, is the onboarding process. Onboarding is where we work with you to get all of the initial intake information. It starts with your first contact with the firm. Whether it’s the contact form on the website (www.gentryesq.com) or a phone call, we will ask preliminary questions to determine how best we can help you. At that point we will schedule an in-depth consultation with Renée.

After the consultation you will receive a packet of information including our legal services contract, medical records release authorization forms, the PAR Questionnaire (detailed list of medical providers from three years prior to the injury whether or not it’s related to the vaccine injury), instructions on how to write your narrative that ultimately becomes an affidavit, and instructions on how to begin a pain log. This can be a labor-intensive process to start but we will walk you through it step by step. Once everything is received we open your file and introduce you to the members of your team.

While the onboarding process has a lot of paperwork, it is absolutely critical to the success of your case. Onboarding is where we start laying the groundwork for your case so it is very important to be as thorough and accurate as possible in filling out the forms. Once onboarding is completed, the next phase is Medical Records Collection.
