I had the great opportunity today to address the National Academies of Science, Engineering, and Medicine’s committee on Equity Considerations in Injury Compensation. I discussed my more than 20 years experience in the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program, how the NVICP evolved and how Congress’ failure to modernize the Program is causing crushing delays.
